How many Puff Passes can I purchase?

During the Phase 2 WL Sale, each WL is eligible to purchase 1 Puff Pass per tier. Phase 1 WL = Phase 2 WL. There are four tiers in Phase 2, so 1 Phase 2 WL can purchase a maximum of 4 Puff Passes. FCFS (first-come, first-served) for WL holders.

During the Public Phase, there’s no limit to the number of Puff Passes each wallet can purchase. FCFS applies to all wallets.

What if I’m a non-smoker? Can I still participate in the game without smoking?

Yes! You can hold multiple Puff Passes and lease vapes to your smoker friends. Both you and the borrower will track daily smoking activities and share mining rewards.

Alternatively, you can join the Puffpaw Official Leasing-Borrowing Program. We will pair you with KYC-verified smokers on our platform and manage all shipping and customer service. The default rewards-sharing ratio is 90% (for you) and 10% (for the borrower). You do not have to KYC. All rewards distribution will be managed via smart contracts.

Where and when does Puffpaw ship its products?

  • Locations: Puffpaw ships vapes and pods to addresses provided by holders, excluding countries and regions where vaping is prohibited by law.

  • Timeline: Orders will be shipped approximately 2–4 weeks after the upcoming Puff Pass sale event in December. Purchasers must confirm their shipping address on the Puffpaw website after purchase.

Do I need to pay for shipping, customs clearance, or taxes?

No, you don’t need to pay anything beyond the price of the Puff Pass. All shipping fees, customs clearance fees, and taxes are included.

Do I need to pay more to get the vape after purchasing the Puff Pass?

No, each Puff Pass comes with 1 free vape, 3 free pods, and an initial airdrop.

How can I choose a customized design for my vape?

When purchasing the Puff Pass, you have the option to add a customized design package to your order before completing payment. The number of customized design packages cannot exceed the number of Puff Passes purchased.

How can I be eligible for a 50% discount on the design fee for my customized vape?

If you hold the same NFT, for example, a Pudgy Penguin, you are eligible for a 50% discount on the design fee for a Pudgy Penguin vape. We will use your Pudgy Penguin NFT for the vape design.

After payment, make sure to leave your Telegram and email account so our team can contact you to verify your asset. Once verified, we will refund 50% of the design fee (0.04 ETH) to the wallet used for the payment.

Are the pods refillable?

No, Puffpaw pods are part of a fully closed system (disposable) to ensure fairness within the game.

We recommend ordering additional pods after receiving your Puff Pass. For an average smoker, the 3 free pods included will last 2–3 weeks.

Does the device come with a warranty?

Yes, all Puffpaw products have a 3-month warranty. Puffpaw covers damages caused during shipping or faulty devices upon arrival. However, damages from accidental user mishandling are not covered.

How do I charge the device?

The device uses a USB-C port and supports fast charging, going from 0% to 100% in just one hour.
